Brent Foley, a Carleton University graduate, is the Broker of Record at TFG Realty Ltd and team leader of The Brent Foley team. Now in the business for over a decade full time, Brent's first hand knowledge of the real estate investment market is extensive. No other Broker in all of the Durham Region has sold more duplexes/triplexes or apartment buildings since 2015 (according to Restats for combined multi family sales). Brent is now consistently ranked as one of the top real estate investment brokers in Oshawa and Clarington for both sales volume and units sold annually. Brent's true career passion is helping real estate investors exceed their expectations with both yields and ease of asset management. In Brent spare time he enjoys golfing, playing hockey and spending time with his family. Shantell Newton
Office Manager/Deal Administrator

Shantell offers 20 years of real estate admin experience, skilled in Luxury Homes, Residential Real Estate, and Investment Properties. Shantell is in constant contact with the team’s clients to ensure they are notified of all pertinent information regarding their file to ensure their home buying or selling process is as smooth as possible. Shantell is also in direct link with lawyers, home inspectors, lenders and trades so no detail is overlooked and our clients are provided first class customer service. In her spare time, Shantell enjoys getting outdoors with her family.

Kaelan Andrews
Sales Representative

Kaelan is a full time REALTOR who has called Whitby home for over 20 years. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with an Honours BSc degree, majoring in biomedical sciences. He also holds a postgraduate financial planning diploma from GBC. Kaelan's career has focused on helping his clients develop strategies to achieve their investment goals in the equity, fixed income and real estate markets. Kaelan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as reading, investing and sports. He prides himself on providing attentive, value-added service to his residential real estate clients.

Matt Carroll
Sales Representative

Matt comes to the TFG Team with a background in business and people. Having graduated from Fleming College with two business diplomas and owning and operating a small business for the last 15 years he is passionate about working with and helping others. Matt joins the TFG Brokerage with a wealth of knowledge from a top ten real estate team in the GTA. Family and friends have always been the main focus and drive for Matts businesses, so surrounding himself with the people and setting TFG provides was a great local fit for Matt and his family. When Matt is away from the office he can be found with Family or enjoying his leisure activities of Golf and Ice Fishing.

Derrick Gray
Sales Representative

Derrick is a lifetime resident of Ajax, Ontario who at an early age learned about the importance of being a team player by playing hockey and being surrounded by driven, like minded individuals. Always having an interest in being an entrepreneur, at 25 years old Derrick opened his first small business in the Durham region. After much success, it wasn’t long before Derrick opened a second small business. With Derrick’s experience of purchasing a few homes, Derrick realized it would be a great fit to earn his real estate licence and to join an established brokerage - TFG was an extremely easy decision to make. Right off the first meeting I felt that team based mentality and a group of people that had common interests and similar goals. Brent Foley, Broker of Record and owner of TFG has been professional and open minded making this new business avenue a very easy one. With an extensive amount of knowledge spanning from Ajax, Courtice and north to Port Perry, I would love to help clients find their forever home or offer my services with any potential investment properties they would want to add to their portfolios.

Andrew St. Jean

While completing his honours pre-med degree at the University of Waterloo, Andrew decided that his true passion was not in a lab, but was working with people and running his own successful business. After graduation, Andrew spent a couple of years operating a corporate consulting business along side of his father before joining forces with Brent in the real estate world. Today, Andrew’s goal is providing outstanding customer service and acting as a consultant to his home buying and selling clients. Andrew and Brent specialize in investment properties throughout Durham Region, focusing on existing legal duplexes, converting properties to legal duplexes and renovations. Together they strive to be the leaders in Durham’s investment properties.

Jackie Galvao
Sales Representative

Jacqueline Galvao was born and raised in Oshawa. Jacqueline is a graduate of Ryerson University and University of Ontario with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Education. Jacqueline has 14 years of experience as a mortgage lender and experience in the home industry, specifically in renovating and operating investment properties. Jacqueline is also highly experienced with people relationships. Her work experience in Human Resources as a manager makes her the perfect choice as your next Realtor. Jacqueline’s ability to understand her clients needs and to build a well rounded relationship is key to helping her clients sell their home or find their perfect home.
